We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to take ownership of the ICT / ELV works package on a large-scale new build data centre in Slough. This is a key role overseeing the specialist subcontractor(s) responsible for structured cabling, security systems, BMS interfaces, and wider ICT infrastructure.
As Electrical Package Manager, you will lead the delivery of multiple critical low-voltage systems, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage the subcontractor from installation through commissioning and handover, working closely with the wider MEP and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee delivery of ICT, structured cabling, security, and BMS packages
- Manage subcontractor performance across programme, quality, and HSE compliance
- Coordinate interfaces with main electrical, CSA, and commissioning teams
- Drive installation progress and resolve technical/site challenges
- Support testing, commissioning, and final client handover
- Ensure documentation, QA records, and as-built deliverables are complete
- Proven experience as a Package Manager on large-scale MEP projects
- Strong background in ELV / ICT systems within data centres or mission-critical environments
- Confident managing specialist subcontractors on complex builds
- Excellent understanding of programme delivery and commissioning readiness
- Based in the UK or able to commute to Slough
