We are seeking a Work Package Manager / Project Engineer to join a team delivering high-specification pharmaceutical fit-out and refurbishment projects. This is a hands-on role focused on architectural and structural works, with a combination of site visits across the UK and home-based planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver architectural and structural work packages across pharmaceutical and life sciences projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, quality, and compliance while supporting teams on the ground.
- Plan, coordinate, and report on work packages from home, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to improving delivery processes and buildability across projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in structural and architectural fit-out or refurbishment projects, ideally in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
- Proven ability to deliver work packages on time, to budget, and to a high standard of finish.
- Strong site awareness and the ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders remotely and on-site.
- Comfortable travelling to project sites across the UK as required.
- Suitable for candidates at Work Package Manager or Project Engineer level.
