Our client is seeking an experienced

European Operations Manager to support the delivery of commissioning projects across the UK and Europe.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, implementing consistent processes and procedures, improving resource management, and standardising project delivery across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in empowering teams, developing best practices, and creating an efficient, scalable operational framework to support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures.
  • Drive standardisation across project delivery and operational practices.
  • Lead resource planning and allocation across UK and European projects.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support and develop managers and project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
