We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Package Supervisor / Manager to take full ownership of the ductwork package on a live construction project in Hull. This is a site-based, hands-on role for someone who knows ductwork inside out and can drive subcontractors, manage interfaces, and keep works safe, compliant and on programme.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the HVAC ductwork package, covering supply, extract and process systems, including all associated components such as fire dampers, VCDs, access panels, supports and interfaces. This is not a desk role — we’re looking for a doer, not just a coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of the HVAC ductwork package from mobilisation through to completion and handover
- Day-to-day supervision of the ductwork subcontractor, ensuring labour levels, supervision and productivity are maintained
