Mechanical Construction Manager

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong HSE focus to join a major Life Sciences project in Grangemouth. This is a site-based position, leading on safe delivery of mechanical and HVAC installation works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities with a priority on health, safety & compliance
• Manage contractors and coordinate construction activities
• Ensure quality and programme targets are achieved
• Drive HSE culture and best practice across site teams
• Proven track record as a Construction Manager
• Strong HVAC / Mechanical background
• Life Sciences, Pharma, or Cleanroom project exposure (highly desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of HSE standards and compliance
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Mid-Senior level experience
• Contract employment type
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is desirable
