Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong HSE focus to join a major Life Sciences project in Grangemouth. This is a site-based position, leading on safe delivery of mechanical and HVAC installation works.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site activities with a priority on health, safety & compliance
- Manage contractors and coordinate construction activities
- Ensure quality and programme targets are achieved
- Drive HSE culture and best practice across site teams
- Proven track record as a Construction Manager
- Strong HVAC / Mechanical background
- Life Sciences, Pharma, or Cleanroom project exposure (highly desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of HSE standards and compliance
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Mid-Senior level experience
- Contract employment type
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is desirable
