We’re currently working with a well-established construction and engineering consultancy who are looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Project Engineer as part of continued growth. This is a design-focused role with exposure to high-value construction projects, offering a hybrid working arrangement from their Manchester head office, alongside regular but manageable site visits.
The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the electrical design and technical delivery of projects from early concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading electrical design across a range of construction projects
- Managing technical delivery through design, installation, and commissioning stages
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders
- Providing technical leadership and support to junior engineers
- Undertaking site visits to support design development, inspections, and issue resolution
- Ensuring compliance with UK standards, regulations, and client requirements
