The Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical installation projects across the UK. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with responsibility for the full project lifecycle, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You will manage teams, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor project progress, and maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical installation projects across multiple UK sites (current projects in Scotland, Manchester, and Cambridge)
• Oversee installation of HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, and other mechanical systems
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and engineering standards
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success
• Contribute to the growth and development of the new business unit

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager managing installation projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes
• Experience in multi-site project delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel across the UK as required
