We're recruiting an experienced Data Centre Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-profile hyperscale and mission-critical projects across the UK and the Netherlands. This is an opportunity to take ownership of major construction packages from pre-construction through to commissioning, working alongside some of the industry's most respected clients and delivery teams. You'll split your time between projects in both countries, with all reasonable business travel and accommodation expenses covered.

The Role

  • Managing project delivery from mobilisation through to handover
  • Coordinating CSA, MEP, commissioning and client stakeholders
  • Driving programme performance and resolving delivery challenges
  • Managing commercial performance alongside the commercial team
  • Leading subcontractor coordination and site meetings
  • Monitoring health & safety, quality and project compliance
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and project partners
  • Providing regular progress reporting to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering data centre, mission-critical or major construction projects
  • Strong project management background with a main contractor or specialist contractor
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing project programmes
  • Comfortable working across multiple international project teams
  • Willingness to travel between the UK and the Netherlands
