We are partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing commissioning management consultancy to appoint a European Operations Manager to support and drive their expanding presence across the European data centre market.

This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced CxA professional who combines strong operational capability with commercial awareness and a passion for building high-performing teams.

As European Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing project delivery, operational performance, and strategic growth across multiple hyperscale and mission critical projects throughout Europe. You will work closely with senior leadership to help scale the business, manage client relationships, and ensure successful execution across all commissioning activities.

  • Oversee European operations across multiple data centre commissioning projects
  • Lead and support regional project teams and Commissioning Managers
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Support business growth, resource planning, recruitment, and operational strategy
  • Drive consistency across commissioning processes, reporting, and quality assurance
  • Contribute to commercial discussions, bids, and client presentations

Proven experience within data centre commissioning / CxA environments is essential, along with strong operational leadership experience across multiple projects or regions. The ability to operate in a fast-paced, growing business environment and a willingness to travel across Europe as required is also necessary. An EU Passport is essential.
