We are seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to support the internal fit-out phase of a live construction project. This is a fully site-based, 6-month contract, ideally suited to someone with data centre fit-out experience, although high-end commercial or technical fit-out backgrounds will also be considered.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of internal CSA fit-out works, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards. You will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in driving internal trades and sequencing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising internal CSA fit-out works on site
- Driving subcontractors to meet short-term programmes and handover dates
- Overseeing works including:
- Raised access flooring
- Internal blockwork and partitions
- Concrete plinths and internal bases
- Builder’s works and fit-out enabling works
Maintaining high standards of quality and safety is essential.
