Regional Operations Manager – Commissioning (UK & Europe)

Location: UK-based with regular travel across the UK & Europe

We are a growing commissioning agency delivering high-quality services across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK and Europe. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to play a key role in shaping and scaling our operations.

This is a senior position suited to someone with a strong commissioning management background who is ready to bring fresh thinking, drive performance, and help define the future direction of the business.

The Role

As Regional Operations Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee commissioning operations across multiple regions
• Drive project delivery excellence, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and scalability
• Mentor and manage teams, building capability across the organisation
• Play a key role in shaping the company’s long-term vision and structure

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a proven background in commissioning management (essential)
• Brings strong leadership and operational experience across complex projects
• Is commercially aware with the ability to influence and grow a business
• Has an appetite for innovation and continuous improvement
• Is comfortable working across international markets
• Holds an EU passport (desirable but not essential)
• Is willing to travel regularly across the UK and Europe
