We’re seeking a MEP Commercial Manager to take commercial lead on a £200m MEP package within a high-tech advanced construction project in Glasgow. You’ll be embedded with a proven MEP contractor that delivers on complex, technically demanding builds—where the details matter and accountability is everything.
This is a major long-term scheme, offering the stability of a multi-year project and the prestige of a critical government-backed programme. You’ll be the go-to commercial lead, with the autonomy and support to drive performance from pre-con through final account.
The Role
- Contract administration (JCT preferred)
- Procurement strategy and execution
- Cost planning, forecasting, and risk management
- Change control and variation management
- Subcontractor management and payment approvals
- Commercial reporting to senior stakeholders (both internal & client-side)
- Driving value and protecting margin while delivering on programme
