We partner with some of Europe's leading contractors, developers and consultancies delivering the world's most advanced data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, semiconductor plants and critical infrastructure projects. Demand is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to help us scale our contract division.
The Opportunity
- This is a genuine opportunity to build a high-value contract desk within one of the most exciting construction sectors in Europe with route to grow and lead a team and a clear path through to Director.
- You'll have the autonomy to develop your own market while benefiting from established client relationships, strong marketing support and hands-on mentoring from experienced founders.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing a profitable contract recruitment desk
- Winning new business across Europe's mission-critical construction market
- Managing existing client relationships and developing strategic accounts
- Sourcing and placing high-calibre freelance professionals
- Negotiating commercial terms with clients and contractors
- Managing contractors throughout project lifecycles
- Becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen market
- Working closely with the founders to drive business growth and improve processes
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in 360 recruitment
- Contract recruitment experience preferred
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Motivated by performance, autonomy and high earnings
- Someone who wants to build a long-term career rather than simply hit monthly targets
- Construction or engineering recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. We value attitude, ambition and the ability to build relationships above all else.
What You'll Get
