Are you an energetic and enthusiastic Facilitator who is passionate about employee engagement? If so, then we have the role for you! We’re working with a well-established organisation to find a Training Specialist who will take the lead in designing and delivering a new, company-wide onboarding programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging facilitator to shape the employee experience from day one.
You’ll use your experience in learning facilitation to create an innovative, inclusive induction offering that’s accessible, impactful, and aligned with business needs. This is a hands-on role with lots of opportunity to influence culture and learning behaviours across a large and complex organisation.
Key responsibilities- Design and deliver a new company-wide induction programme to support new starters across multiple functions and locations
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences, predominantly face-to-face and occasionally virtually
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with business goals
- Apply learning principles (e.g. 70/20/10) to ensure blended learning approaches are adopted
- Ensure learning design reflects learner needs and supports performance improvement
- Utilise learning design skills to update and improve the learning
- Drive an inclusive, learner-led approach across the business
- Confident facilitation and presentation skills across multiple formats
- Passion for learner experience and accessibility in design
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to build strong working relationships and influence a range of stakeholders
- A learner-centred approach, with a focus on outcomes and business impact
- Relevant Learning and Development qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Proven experience of successfully facilitating highly engaging training programmes
- Experience in curriculum design and creating learner pathways
- Experience designing and delivering effective learning programmes, including onboarding or induction
