An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional to take on a strategic leadership role within a dynamic, fast-growing global organisation. This position is responsible for shaping and driving a comprehensive global L&D strategy, ensuring high-impact learning experiences across multiple regions. The role involves leading a small team, implementing innovative learning solutions, and collaborating with senior business leaders to foster a culture of continuous development.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract running from May 2025 to May 2026.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a small, dedicated L&D team to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Develop and execute a global L&D strategy, ensuring consistency while adapting to different markets and cultural nuances.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of a Learning Management System (LMS) to support a diverse global workforce.
- Design and deliver tailored learning pathways that align with business needs and regional requirements.
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership to drive engagement and alignment with L&D initiatives.
- Manage the L&D budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximise impact.
