A highly rewarding opportunity for a motivated, ambitious and intellectually curious business development professional who wants to progress into an Account Manager role after proving themselves in a lead generation capacity. Possessing experience selling commercial learning solutions (Digital Learning, Face-to-Face or Virtual), you will be responsible for generating new leads for bespoke solutions for global clients and undertaking high levels of outbound activity across multiple channels to uncover leads which can be passed on to the Account Management team to close and complete post-sale activity. You will represent the company in front of major corporate organisations, often for the first time, creating a lasting positive first impression.
Key responsibilities:
- Adopt a structured approach to reach new and existing target markets using multiple channels including LinkedIn, Salesloft, Zoominfo, e-mail and telephone.
- Conduct follow-up activity to support business development and marketing campaigns.
- Research target accounts to identify the appropriate decision makers for outreach.
- Record all activity accurately and promptly in Salesforce.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Successful track record in B2B lead generation with a commercial learning provider.
- Proven ability to quickly build rapport with prospects, demonstrating credibility and quickly earning their trust.
- Pro-active approach to conducting outbound client communications.
- Excellent business English skills with an ability to write simply, clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills.
