Professional Skills Facilitator 40K- 45K Basic Salary London/Hybrid (3 days a week in London) An opportunity to join a growing professional development team delivering high-impact learning experiences for apprentices, early-career professionals, experienced managers, and senior leaders.

This is a facilitation-focused role, not a traditional teaching position.

You will design and deliver engaging sessions that help learners build practical workplace skills they can apply immediately.

Working across a range of professional skills programmes, you will use learner insight, assessment data, and live feedback to adapt your approach and create meaningful progress for individuals and groups.

The role offers real scope to shape how professional skills are delivered.

As the team grows, there will be opportunities to develop specialist areas, support new facilitators, contribute to curriculum development, and become involved in client-facing activity.
