Operations Manager\\n£45K-£50K Basic Salary\\n\\nOur client, a growing consultancy delivering global learning and leadership programmes, is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence during a period of exciting expansion and integration.\\n\\nIn this newly created role, you'll lead a high-performing operations/customer success team, enhance systems and processes across two established brands, and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding client experiences for some of the world’s leading organisations.\\n\\nThis role suits a strategic thinker who thrives in hands-on environments and has a passion for building scalable operations that deliver impact.\\n\\nOur client will consider individuals on a part-time or full-time basis for this role.\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\n * Lead the operations function across the group, reporting to the Managing Director\\n\\n * Oversee end-to-end delivery of global L&D programmes and executive-level simulations\\n\\n * Line-manage a small team of Programme Managers\\n\\n * Develop team capabilities through coaching, objective setting and performance reviews\\n\\n * Ensure efficient resource and capacity planning to support high-quality client delivery\\n\\n * Standardise workflows and systems where appropriate, while allowing for brand-specific needs\\n\\n * Lead adoption and optimisation of project management, CRM and delivery platforms\\n\\n * Drive automation and data improvements to enhance reporting, coordination and efficiency\\n\\n * Oversee coordination of a global network of external facilitators\\n\\n * Manage onboarding, contracting and scheduling across time zones\\n\\n * Champion the experience of external partners, ensuring alignment with organisational values\\n\\n * Serve as a key member of the Leadership Team, influencing business-wide strategy\\n\\n * Collaborate with Finance and Commercial leaders to align operations with growth goals\\n\\nSkills\\n\\n * Strong leadership and team management skills\\n\\n * Highly organised with excellent project and programme management ability\\n\\n * Confident in using tech to streamline operations and improve workflows\\n\\n * Commercially minded with the ability to align operations to strategic goals\\n\\n * Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills\\n\\n * Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively\\n\\nQualifications\\n\\n * Degree or equivalent experience required\\n\\n * Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or Agile) desirable but not essential\\n\\nExperience\\n\\n * 5–10+ years’ experience in senior operations, delivery or programme leadership roles\\n\\n * Background in L&D, executive education, training, consultancy or professional services\\n\\n * Experience in fast-paced or founder-led businesses, ideally during periods of growth or transformation\\n\\n * Proven track record of improving systems and leading cross-functional teams\\n\\n * Experience working with CRMs, project management tools, and delivery platforms\\n\\n * Familiarity with LMS, SCORM or digital learning tools (desirable)\\n\\nBlue Eskimo is the leading provider of specialist recruitment for the Learning and Development, e-learning and Training sectors.
