We’re partnering with a well-established, internationally recognised provider of executive education and professional development that is investing in its next phase of growth. They are now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing strategy and delivery, building a modern, data-driven function that supports lead generation, brand positioning, and commercial growth. This role offers real scope to shape direction, influence leadership, and see the direct impact of your work.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead end-to-end marketing activity, from strategy through to execution and reporting. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage external partners, and oversee a small internal resource, with the autonomy to design campaigns, systems, and processes that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business objectives
- Drive lead generation through digital channels including SEO, paid media, email, social, and website optimisation
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and campaign storytelling
- Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI
- Lead relationships with agencies, designers, and digital partners
- Oversee the creation of content, campaigns, and thought leadership
- Track performance, analyse data, and report clear insights to senior leadership
- Line manage and support a junior marketing colleague
About You
This role will suit a confident, commercially focused marketer who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll bring:
- Extensive marketing experience (typically 10+ years), ideally within training, education, consultancy, or professional services
- A strong track record of delivering measurable results through integrated and digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of SEO, paid media, email, and content marketing
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external suppliers
- Confidence in brand strategy, messaging, and stakeholder engagement
- Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving SME environment
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, and exposure to international markets, is advantageous.
