Our client, a professional membership organisation, is seeking an L&D Coordinator to join their Training Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and digitally minded learning professional to support the delivery of the online training programmes for members and external learners. This role will suit someone with experience in training administration, LMS management and webinar coordination who enjoys working collaboratively across teams and delivering an excellent learner experience. You will play a key role in the end-to-end administration and delivery of digital learning programmes, supporting learner engagement, maintaining training content and ensuring smooth operational delivery across multiple systems. This role is a London hybrid position.
- Manage the full training administration cycle across the CRM, LMS and website in line with the training programme schedule.
- Set up online courses, manage learner registrations and provide access to training content.
- Monitor learner engagement and progression throughout online programmes.
- Collect and evaluate learner feedback, identifying opportunities for content and process improvements.
- Host and provide technical support for live webinars and virtual training sessions.
- Upload and maintain digital learning content, ensuring materials remain accurate, up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support training content updates in response to learner feedback and legislative or regulatory changes.
- Maintain training booking pages and assist with website content updates through the CMS.
- Update and support training newsletters and marketing communications using digital marketing tools.
- Process bookings and respond to learner enquiries via phone and email, delivering excellent customer service.
- Work closely with Finance and IT teams to manage training-related transactions and resolve invoicing queries.
- Maintain accurate learner and membership data within the CRM system.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, trainers, consultants and external suppliers.
Qualifications
- L&D qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Awareness of current trends within digital learning and professional development.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience using a CRM system within a training, education or learning environment.
- Experience working in a training administration or learning support role using an LMS.
- Experience supporting online training delivery and webinars.
- Experience analysing feedback and reporting data using Excel.
- Experience working within a membership organisation would be advantageous.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics and digital marketing platforms would be beneficial.
Skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and CRM systems.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
