We’re working with a global learning provider to recruit a senior-level Head of Programme Development & Delivery. This pivotal role leads the development, enhancement and delivery of an extensive portfolio of business-focused open programmes, currently comprising 100+ courses delivered worldwide, with a strong footprint in the UK and Middle East. You'll shape the strategy behind portfolio evolution, lead on bespoke programme design for client tenders, and oversee the consistent, high-quality delivery of learning experiences—both in-person and virtually.
- Lead the ongoing development and evolution of a global open course portfolio.
- Design bespoke programmes to support client tenders and customised solutions.
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis to drive portfolio innovation.
- Manage and refresh existing programmes in response to learner and client needs.
- Oversee delivery via internal faculty and external facilitators across regions.
- Source and engage new facilitators where specialist expertise is required.
- Maintain relationships with accreditation bodies and uphold programme standards.
- Ensure quality and consistency across both virtual and face-to-face formats.
