You’ll play a key role in shaping and enhancing the organisation’s digital learning experience, taking ownership of its Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting an upcoming platform migration. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate LMS development projects, including an upcoming system migration
- Act as the go-to technical expert for the LMS, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and platform providers
- Configure and maintain the LMS, including user permissions, course structures, and integrations
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, and performance optimisation of the system
- Analyse user data and feedback to continuously improve the learner experience
- Support course setup, content uploads, and reporting on performance and engagement
- Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and data protection standards
- Create clear documentation and deliver training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support to users and contribute to improving digital learning delivery
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Additional training or certification in eLearning, digital learning, or project management (desirable)
Skills
- Strong technical understanding of LMS platforms
- Confident working with SCORM packages and integrations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Experience
- Experience managing or supporting Learning Management Systems, ideally Moodle or similar
- Proven project management experience, ideally within digital learning
- Experience working with content management systems
- Experience improving user experience through testing and feedback
- Background in stakeholder support or customer-facing environments
- Familiarity with platforms such as Moodle or similar systems
- Experience creating or supporting eLearning content is desirable
