Learning & Development Supervisor £34K– £37K Basic Salary Staffordshire A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Supervisor to join a well-established business, looking to expand their learning offering for internal employees. In this hands-on and strategic role, you’ll be responsible for leading the learning function, designing and delivering a blended learning strategy that includes technical training, soft skills, accredited learning, and apprenticeships. Working closely with key internal stakeholders, you’ll shape the training framework, support compliance, and promote employee growth within a fast-paced and innovative organisation. Responsibilities * Develop and deliver a comprehensive learning strategy across technical and soft skills training, accredited learning, and apprenticeships * Lead the creation and ongoing delivery of a technical training framework for remote teams, including training manuals, documentation, and e-learning content * Design and implement leadership development programmes and personal growth initiatives * Oversee the management of accredited qualifications and apprenticeship programmes * Ensure all training programmes meet UK legislation and compliance requirements, including health and safety, diversity and inclusion, and data protection * Act as a coach and mentor, supporting individual career progression and fostering a contin…
