Responsibilities

  • Confidently consult with stakeholders across the business to understand capability gaps and translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging digital and blended learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Curate, manage and continuously improve learning content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
  • Support the rollout and ongoing delivery of leadership and manager development programmes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor recommending practical learning interventions that improve performance.
  • Coordinate learning initiatives across the organisation ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Create clear internal communications to drive engagement with learning and development activity.
  • Track learning engagement and impact producing meaningful insights to support data‑informed decisions.
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance learning design, personalise learning experiences and optimise programme delivery.

Education

A background in Learning & Development Instructional Design or Learning Delivery within a fast‑paced environment.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a Learning Consultant, Instructional Designer or similar role.
  • Experience managing content within an LMS or LXP.
  • Exposure to manager or soft‑skills development programmes.
  • Working cross‑functionally with subject matter experts.
  • Confident using authoring tools and digital content platforms.
  • Experience supporting learning in a matrix or multinational environment (desirable).
