  • Confidently consult with stakeholders across the business to understand capability gaps and translate business needs into effective learning solutions
  • Design and deliver engaging digital and blended learning using tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • Curate, manage, and continuously improve learning content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
  • Support the rollout and ongoing delivery of leadership and manager development programmes
  • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending practical learning interventions that improve performance
  • Coordinate learning initiatives across the organisation, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Create clear internal communications to drive engagement with learning and development activity
  • Track learning engagement and impact, producing meaningful insights to support data‑informed decisions
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance learning design, personalise learning experiences, and optimise programme delivery
  • A background in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Learning Delivery within a fast‑paced environment; 3–5 years’ experience in a Learning Consultant, Instructional Designer or similar role
  • Experience managing content within an LMS or LXP
  • Exposure to manager or soft‑skills development programmes
  • Working cross‑functionally with subject matter experts
  • Confident using authoring tools and digital content platforms
  • Experience supporting learning in a matrix or multinational environment (desirable)
  • Digital learning design and content creation
  • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Learning platform and content management
  • Project coordination and organisation
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using learning data and metrics to tell a story
