You will act as a key point of contact between students, parents, tutors and internal teams, helping to coordinate learning plans, track progress, communicate feedback and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires strong organisation, clear communication, emotional maturity and the ability to follow through on details in a fast-paced environment. As many students and parents are most available outside standard school or working hours, the role requires flexibility, including regular weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate students’ courses, tutoring schedules, progress updates and follow-up actions.
- Support tutoring and student service delivery during weekends where required.
- Track student learning progress, attendance, homework completion, assessment results and tutor feedback.

- Prepare clear and professional updates for parents in Mandarin and/or English.
- Maintain accurate student records, communication logs and action trackers.
- Identify early signs of risk, such as missed sessions, low engagement, tutor mismatch, parent concerns or declining student performance.
- Work closely with tutors and internal consultants to adjust learning plans where needed.
- Support a high standard of client service by responding to questions, concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Help maintain strong relationships with existing families, supporting client satisfaction, retention and renewals.
- Escalate complaints or complex cases appropriately while helping to resolve issues constructively.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, service templates and student progress tracking systems.
