The Role
As Student Advisor Team Leader you will fully manage the study abroad consulting team, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service throughout the application journey. You will oversee the full-service process, including academic planning, application preparation, progress tracking and post‑admission support, while continually optimising the service system and delivering personalised solutions.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Service Management: Supervise and manage the full student service cycle, including academic planning, application preparation, personal statement guidance, progress tracking and visa support. Ensure every stage from enrolment to final admission delivers a high-quality and personalised experience.
- Team Management and Leadership: Lead the Student Advisor team, handling recruitment, training, motivation and performance evaluation. Continuously improve team efficiency and professional capabilities while ensuring consultants can flexibly respond to clients’ personalised needs.
- Service Quality Optimization: Continuously refine service processes by collecting client feedback and analysing customer needs, ensuring high‑end client expectations are met and overall service quality is elevated.
- Academic Planning and Application Support: Participate in high‑end client application strategy development, including university selection planning, personal statement direction and background enhancement. Oversee document revisions, material reviews and application progress tracking.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients, provide application progress reports and promptly resolve any concerns. Offer interview preparation, visa guidance and pre‑enrolment assistance.
- Data Analysis and Business Optimisation: Analyse service data such as client satisfaction, successful cases and application progress to optimise team performance. Design and promote innovative service strategies to improve client experience and service efficiency.
- Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with academic and marketing teams to drive efficient collaboration and ensure services align with client needs. Support marketing and sales teams by providing service highlights and successful case studies.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Education, Psychology, International Relations, Management or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education services or client management, with at least 2 years in team management.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and top university application processes.
- Excellent client service mindset, managing expectations of high‑end clients and delivering high‑quality service.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, efficiently driving cross‑team coordination.
- Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis to optimise service processes.
- Fluent spoken English in a bilingual environment.
