The Role

Responsibilities

  • Managing project timelines and ensuring all programme milestones are met on schedule.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for parents and students, providing clear communication, guidance, and support throughout the programme journey.
  • Conducting and overseeing parent consultations to ensure alignment of expectations and satisfaction at every stage.
  • Coordinating with schools and partners from the UK when they visit China, including planning and attending events to strengthen relationships and recruit new students.
  • Working closely with our Schools Lead and Academic Leads in the UK to ensure the seamless running of all academic and logistical aspects of the programmes.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives by writing engaging articles, blog posts, and social media content to raise awareness of Blue Education’s programmes and highlight emerging trends in international education.
  • Overseeing the collection and analysis of feedback from students, parents, and schools to inform future programme improvements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Collaborating with the wider operations and academic teams to maintain consistency, quality, and innovation across the programme.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Experience working in international education with students aged between 7-16 years old, particularly with schools or families in mainland China and Hong Kong.
  • Familiarity with the independent and international school sector.
  • Speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Proven experience with programme management, educational operations, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, professional, and engaging content.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with international teams.

Desired, but not essential

  • Cantonese language skills in addition to Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Knowledge of or experience in marketing, content creation, or educational communications.
  • Experience with scholarship admissions to top UK schools, like Westminster, Eton, and Harrow.
