The Role

The Student Advisor is responsible for ensuring the best student experience at Blue Education. This person will be a key point of contact for our students, parents, and tutors, working as a coordinator and liaison to support our students’ goals and ensure we are delivering high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage courses, schedules and student progress
  • Collaborate with tutors, parents and students to track study progress, results, as well as teaching quality and feedback
  • Build relationships both internally and externally to maintain trust and collaboration
  • Effectively communicate feedback to students, parents and internal teams
  • Cultivate a strong relationship with existing clients, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Business acumen across achieving targets of retention, renewals and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage complaints and suggestions in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications And Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, TESOL, or English majors preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Job experience in customer service, hospitality, account management, or transferable roles in the education sector.
  • Native/Fluent Mandarin with strong oral and written English proficiency.
  • Passionate about education and student development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced startup environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
