About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Careers Coach Program Manager to lead and manage our innovative careers coaching product. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping graduates achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities

  • Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive careers coaching programs tailored to the specific needs of graduates seeking roles in top investment banks and management consultancy firms. Design and deliver engaging curriculum, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions that equip graduates with the essential skills and knowledge to succeed in competitive job markets.
  • Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the careers coaching program, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, collecting feedback from participants and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including universities, graduate schools, and corporate partners. Understand their specific needs and tailor program offerings to meet their expectations. Collaborate with our clients to identify opportunities for program expansion and growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of careers coaches, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure their effectiveness. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and high performance.

  • Strong understanding of the job market and application process for investment banking and management consulting firms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
