About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Careers Coach Program Manager to lead and manage our innovative careers coaching product. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping graduates achieve their career goals.
Responsibilities
- Program Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive careers coaching programs tailored to the specific needs of graduates seeking roles in top investment banks and management consultancy firms.
- Design and deliver engaging curriculum, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions that equip graduates with the essential skills and knowledge to succeed in competitive job markets.
- Program Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the careers coaching program, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, collecting feedback from participants and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including universities, graduate schools, and corporate partners.
- Understand their specific needs and tailor program offerings to meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with our clients to identify opportunities for program expansion and growth.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of careers coaches, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure their effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
