Salary & On Target Earnings (OTE)

Starting basic salary £28,000 with uncapped commission. 1st Year OTE £40,000 – £45,000; Year 2 OTE £60,000; Year 3 OTE £90,000+.

Responsibilities

You will build relationships with new and existing clients to win their business, headhunt suitable candidates to fill client positions, and be coached through a bespoke training plan.

Candidate Profile

• A Levels (A*‑B) and a 2:1 degree or above from a Top‑40 UK university
• 1+ years’ experience in B2B sales or corporate roles
• A track record of working hard (e.g., balancing studies, competing in sports, achieving strong academics)
• Highly results‑driven
• Confident, strong communicator and personable
