Compensation: Base salary: £28,000‑£32,000 + uncapped commission. Year 1 OTE: £50,000‑£60,000. Year 2 OTE: £60,000‑£85,000. Year 3 OTE: £85,000‑£100,000+.

Responsibilities

• Market mapping for live candidate searches
• Supporting the delivery of timely, professional, and high‑value services to clients
• Identifying and qualifying talent for senior finance mandates
• Working alongside a Lead Partner to produce high‑calibre shortlists
• Producing high‑quality written work including executive summaries and progress reports
• Helping to build the most definitive database of private equity CFOs in the UK and Europe

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or experience in sales, business development, or another commercial role
• Intellectual curiosity and commercial awareness
• Ability to build credible relationships both in person and over the phone
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong time management, organisation, and attention to detail
• Tenacity, creativity, and a methodical approach
• Ability to work well under pressure and deliver high‑quality results
• Naturally inquisitive mindset and strong problem‑solving ability
