As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll partner with experienced consultants to deliver high‑quality candidate and client work, learn the intricacies of retained and contingent search, and develop deep market knowledge across accountancy, finance, corporate finance, and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Researching and mapping high‑calibre candidates for senior‑level assignments
• Supporting the delivery of retained and contingent searches
• Attending client meetings, pitches, and short‑list presentations
• Tracking corporate activity, market trends, and leadership moves
• Managing candidate processes from first contact to placement

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate from a top UK university (Oxbridge/Russell Group preferred)
• OR 1 year+ sales/commercial experience (ideally B2B sales)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn from industry leaders
• Able to thrive in a professional, fast‑paced environment
