Salary: £28,000‑32,000 basic + uncapped commission

Year 1 OTE: £50,000‑60,000

Year 2 OTE: £60,000‑85,000

Year 3 OTE: £85,000‑100,000+

What You’ll Do

• Map out the market and identify exceptional finance talent for key mandates
• Work closely with senior partners to deliver high‑quality executive search projects
• Conduct detailed research and produce accurate, insightful candidate summaries
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle from search strategy to candidate placement
• Help build and maintain one of the most comprehensive databases of private equity CFOs across the UK and Europe

• A degree from a research‑led university
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with natural curiosity and commercial awareness
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of delivery
• Driven, resilient, and ambitious – with a genuine interest in finance, business, and people
