We are looking for a motivated, commercially minded Expo and Delegate Sales Executive to help sell Blue Earth exhibition space and partner packages, alongside delegate passes. You will own outbound outreach, manage an active pipeline, and close revenue against clear targets, helping to deliver world-class events in June and October.

The role
As Expo and Partner Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales across:
- Exhibition space and packages
- Partner and sponsor packages aligned to the Summit
- Delegate passes and group bookings
You will work closely with marketing and the wider sales team to build a strong funnel, convert leads, and deliver a brilliant experience for exhibitors and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads across exhibitors, partners, and delegate buyers
- Pitch and sell exhibition packages, partner packages, and delegate passes
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline, keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Negotiate commercials and support contract close, ensuring clarity and momentum
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and create targeted lists and messaging
- Provide weekly reporting on activity, pipeline, forecast, and closed revenue
- Represent Blue Earth at relevant industry events to generate leads and nurture relationships
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities

- Negotiation ability and a track record of hitting targets
- Organised and self-starting, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Genuine interest in sustainability, innovation, and purpose-led business
