Established in 2014, Blue Earth Diagnostics’ success is driven by its management expertise and agility, supported by a demonstrated track record of rapid development and commercialization of positron emission tomography (PET) radiopharmaceuticals. Blue Earth Diagnostics’ clinical focus is in cancer and cardiovascular diseases, with an expanding pipeline of new opportunities.
Job purpose: Reporting to the VP, International Market, the Molecular Imaging Account Manager (MIAM) will represent Blue Earth Diagnostics Ltd and Bracco’s nuclear medicine products. The MIAM plays a pivotal role in driving commercial growth, expanding market share, and delivering on quarterly revenue targets across defined European markets. This is a customer-facing role engaging with KOLs, C-suite executives, and healthcare decision-makers to accelerate adoption of Blue Earth Diagnostics and Bracco products. The MIAM will partner with in-country commercial leaders to develop territory plans, execute sales strategies and negotiations, partner with country chief manufacturing organization (CMO) partners, secure reimbursement pathways, and build long-term account relationships that translate into consistent measurable business results.
Primary Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks
- Commercial Growth & Market Development: Maintain thorough knowledge of technical/product data, disease state, clinical information, and product data within the diagnostic arena. Deliver annual and quarterly sales and revenue targets in assigned territories. Identify, prioritise, and secure high-value accounts to maximize commercial impact. Develop territory action plan with stated objectives, implementation steps, action. Develop account-specific strategies that articulate both clinical and economic value propositions. Leverage CRM frequently to communicate interactions with perspective and current customers to drive opportunity development and secure contract extensions. Expand cardiovascular and oncology PET imaging adoption through targeted market development initiatives. Track and report on KPIs including revenue growth, market penetration, account acquisition, and retention.
- Strategic Account Management: Build peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs, hospital administrators, and payers. Position Blue Earth Diagnostics products by demonstrating clinical outcomes and health economic benefits. Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships that expand product reach and generate incremental revenue. Maintain competitive intelligence and translate insights into actionable commercial tactics to defend and grow market share.
- Cross-Functional Commercial Alignment: Collaborate with country/region sales leadership, marketing, market access, and reimbursement teams to ensure aligned execution. Lead collaborative efforts with our Bracco BDI team members to drive a more comprehensive customer approach. Serve as the Molecular Imaging specialist for the stated geography. Partner with pricing and market access teams to secure pathways that accelerate adoption. Support business development initiatives by identifying new industry collaborations and commercial opportunities. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the application team for the European markets. Serve as key contact for CMO partners to execute on forecast expectations, funnel growth, revenue generation, manufacturing challenges, etc.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and manage a territory action plan with clear objectives, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Develop strategies and tactics to effectively communicate complex analytical information. Ensure effective and frequent CRM usage, call planning, and reporting to optimize sales productivity. Manage travel and expenses in line with BED policy while maximizing customer engagement.
Education/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding commercial targets in healthcare or diagnostics.
