Bracco seeks a Head of Research & Development to drive critical R&D programmes.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee Biometrics, CMC, Clinical Operations, Editorial, Imaging and more, shaping strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance across imaging drug development.

You will lead a global, matrixed team, manage budgets and long-range plans, foster cross-functional collaborations, and guide new asset evaluation while aligning with the corporate strategy and governance structures.
