Job Description

Blue Dot Games is seeking a Devops Engineer to assist in the run-up to Early Access launch of the game '83 ( https://83thegame.com ) Position is initially temporary (2-3 months) with the possibility of extension and, in the right circumstances, switch to a permanent position.

The role will be fully remote.

Role Description

A successful candidate will potentially be handling, or assisting with the following functions:

  • Infrastructure Move including Perforce, VMs & Swarm
  • Analytics Integration
  • Web Admin Tool Development
  • Sentry Improvements
  • Live Server monitoring tools
  • Day to Day P4 Operations
  • Release administration & Automation
  • General day to day DevOps Administration 

Attributes of candidate

  • Demonstrable experience of handling Dev Ops for a game development studio
  • In-depth experience of Jenkins and, ideally, P4
  • Great communication skills
  • Based within +/- 3 timezones of UK
