As the ideal candidate, you will be immaculately presented, professional and friendly with a genuine interest in Outdoor Leisure & Christmas, as well as having a good eye for detail. What you’ll do:
- Order, merchandise, and manage stock, including slow‑moving items
- Create inspiring displays and ensure POS materials are up to standard
- Maintain retail standards and a tidy shop floor
- Assist customers with advice, orders, and carry‑to‑car service
- Deputise opening/closing and organise your team’s daily and weekly tasks
- Follow action points from reports, floor‑walks, and HO guidelines
