The Role: As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, helping to maintain excellent standards of service while creating a positive environment for both customers and staff. You’ll play a key role in supervising the team, supporting colleagues with day-to-day staff issues, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently during busy periods.
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
- Supervising staff and dealing confidently with day-to-day staff issues
- Leading by example to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety
- Supporting and motivating the team during busy service periods
- Working independently when required in a fast-paced environment

About You: Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, confidence in handling responsibility, and a genuine interest in customer service and people management.
