The person will be responsible for managing projects from early appraisal through to start on site, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality expectations are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full pre-construction process from appraisal to site start
- Coordinating consultants, internal teams and external stakeholders
- Driving value engineering, procurement strategies and risk management
