Technical Administrator

Blue Diamond Recruitment is proud to be supporting an reputable house builder as they continue to strengthen their Technical Team within the Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a busy, friendly Technical department, supporting the existing team with projects from pre-construction through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing, purchase orders and payment tracking
• Supporting NHBC and Planning portals
• Consultant coordination and document control
• Assisting with CMLs, trackers and technical documentation
• Providing day-to-day admin support to the Technical Team

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience (house building or construction desirable)

Required Skills

• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Confident using MS Office and document management systems
