Blue Diamond Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a successful and growing residential developer in the appointment of a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in managing the sales extras process across a number of residential developments.

Working closely with Sales, Commercial, Procurement and Site teams, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate pricing information
  • Coordinating product updates
  • Supporting the successful delivery of customer upgrades and optional extras
  • Ensuring the smooth management and administration of sales extras across multiple developments
  • Maintaining and updating Sales Extras price lists across active developments
  • Ensuring pricing information remains accurate, up-to-date and aligned with commercial and procurement costings
  • Managing Sales Extras data within COINS and internal systems
  • Producing and maintaining Excel-based trackers, reports and pricing schedules
  • Liaising with Commercial, Procurement and Site teams regarding product availability and pricing updates
  • Supporting Sales teams with customer extras inquiries and pricing requests
  • Maintaining document control and version management of price lists and supporting documentation
  • Arranging and coordinating samples for sales and marketing suites
  • Producing reports relating to Sales Extras performance, uptake and revenue

Previous experience within the house building, construction or property sector is required, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data management, reporting and spreadsheet analysis. Experience using COINS software or a similar house building/construction management system is also preferred.
