Blue Diamond Recruitment is working exclusively on a new remote Quantity Surveyor opportunity with a high quality and stable construction business based in Solihull.
This growing business delivers projects with a focus on their high-quality, sustainability, and collaborative approach. Their diverse portfolio includes Commercial, Residential, Leisure & Hospitality, Supported Living and Retail. They pride themselves on building lasting relationships with clients, contractors and partners.
Within this business, you will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of their construction projects (DWP). You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and according to specifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking company.
The Director is seeking a team player with strong technical skills, ideally with 3+ yearsβ experience in quantity surveying. You will be part of high profile construction projects that make a real difference in the community and will be empowered by those around you.
Experience across a range of sectors is beneficial, fit out experience is desirable but not essential. There are professional growth opportunities on offer with this stable and growing business. With multiple arms to the business, there is excellent exposure to work across both consultancy and development work.
Offering Β£50,000 – Β£60,000 basic salary plus perks such as extended holiday over the Christmas period, this role is predominantly remote working with occasional visits to the Solihull based office so you must be a competent and trustworthy professional.
