Blue Diamond Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly regarded residential developer to appoint an experienced Pre-Construction Manager on a full time, permanent basis. The person they appoint will be responsible for managing projects from early appraisal through to start on site, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality expectations are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full pre-construction process from appraisal to site start
- Coordinating consultants, internal teams and external stakeholders
- Driving value engineering, procurement strategies and risk management
- Supporting bids, tenders and client presentations
- Ensuring a smooth technical and commercial handover to construction teams
