Our client is a growing affordable housing business, specialising in brownfield site development and the conversion of existing buildings into high quality affordable homes. Schemes are delivered across the Midlands, with a strong and expanding pipeline of c20-50 units per project. As Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in addressing a current skills gap within the business, bringing strong commercial contracts and procurement experience to the team. You'll be involved in taking sites through the whole development process, from planning through to delivery, working closely with local authorities and managing complex stakeholder groups along the way. Manage sites through the full development lifecycle Lead on commercial contracts and procurement matters Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders Housing / residential development experience Background in Quantity Surveying or as an Employer's Agent Strong commercial contracts and procurement experience Offering a competitive salary of £70,000, plus benefits package, including company car, bonus and more.
