A well-regarded residential design & build practice with a collaborative studio environment is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to support and deliver high-quality architectural and technical design outcomes. The role will involve working across bespoke residential projects, including new builds, extensions and technical design packages delivered in-house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and coordination of projects from developed design through to construction and completion.
- Produce and manage detailed Revit and AutoCAD drawing packages, including construction information and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants and contractors to ensure buildability and regulatory compliance.
- Manage planning and building control submissions and approvals.
- Attend design and site meetings, maintain technical records, and ensure documentation accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Revit (BIM Level 2) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes and construction detailing.
