Job Description
Blue Diamond Recruitment are working exclusively with a growing and reputable construction business based in Solihull as they recruit for a Graduate Project Manager. We have supported this business for a number of years, successfully placing professionals across their business as they’ve continued to grow alongside their success.

As a Graduate / Assistant Project Manager, you will gain hands-on experience working across a diverse range of fit out and strip out projects as well as wider schemes delivered across the group. You’ll have the chance to work closely with experienced Project Managers and Directors, receiving the guidance and mentoring needed to develop into a successful and independent Project Manager.
You will be:
• Supporting the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
• Undertaking site visits and liaising with contractors, consultants and clients.
• Assisting with programme management, project reporting and documentation.
• Contributing to projects within Critical Security Infrastructure, ensuring compliance and high standards of delivery.
• Working across multiple sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Leisure & Hospitality, Supported Living and Retail.
A degree qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is essential for this opportunity. Any industry experience (placements, internships or Graduate / Assistant PM roles) is advantageous but not mandatory. You should have strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment. This role suits an enthusiastic, proactive candidate who is eager to learn from experienced professionals.
