Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive individual to support our Quality Assurance and Compliance function. The role involves monitoring product quality, keeping certifications up to date, tracking regulatory changes, reviewing overseas inspection reports, and providing operational support for shipping and POS (Point of Sale) materials.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Product Inspections
- Inspect incoming products for quality, safety, and specification compliance.
- Review and verify inspection reports from overseas suppliers (primarily Far East).
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Communicate any quality issues promptly to relevant departments.
Certification & Compliance
- Monitor industry regulations and standards for changes, ensuring company compliance.
- Liaise with certification bodies and testing labs to arrange renewals and updates.
- Ensure product documentation (COCs, test reports, compliance forms) is up to date.
Operational Support
- Assist with shipping documentation and coordination.
- Help prepare and check Artwork & POS materials for quality and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in QA/QC or compliance (1–2 years).
- Knowledge of product safety standards, testing, and certification processes is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to track multiple deadlines.
- Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers, inspectors, and certification bodies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in reviews, reports, and compliance records.
- Time Management – Keeps on top of multiple priorities and certification deadlines.
